Advertising Terms & Conditions
1. We reserve the right to reject any advertising we believe is of no interest to our Cindabella Community.
2. We cannot guarantee exclusivity ie we may accept advertisements from a competitor of yours.
3. Purchasing of an ad location does not mean that your company or services will receive any favourable comment or support from our editorial staff. Adverse comments from our community will not be edited unless they contravene our listing guidelines.
4. We reserve the right to change our prices with no prior warning. Notice to advertisers will be given after the change.
5. If, for any reason, we discontinue your ad, we will refund you as soon as possible.
6. Ad's will go "live" within 24hrs (assuming we have received your Graphical or Animated image and your funds have been deposited and cleared in our From The Heart Ltd bank account).
7. Ad placement and priority is not guaranteed until payment is received and cleared in our From The Heart Ltd's bank account.
8. We reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions as required.

Advertisers need to provide their own design but if you require design assistance please contact us as we have preferred suppliers at negotiated rates.
Currently "Proof of Performance", (clicks, leads and sales), can only be monitored from your Website Stats. Cindabella is progressing towards a more informative advertising platform.

How do I advertise free on Cindabella?
Free listings are available in our Directory. The best way to add a free listing is to go to www.cindabella.com/nz/add-your-business or email your business name, location and your preferred business category and we will load your listing within 24hr
How can I edit my listing?
Edits for listings are available on request at susie@cindabella.com
How do I add an Event to Cindabella's Facebook?
Events are free on our 'What's On' page and Cindabella's Facebook Event page. Email your Event details, date, time (start and finish), type of event, who is invited and any other applicable details to susie@cindabella.com.
How soon does my Ad, Listing or Event expire?
Directory - Free
Directory - Paid Ads Banner Ads
Banner Ads - Monthly (28-31 days)
Events - Until posted event date range expires
How can I delete my Listing or Event?
If you require you're listing or event to be deleted before the prescribed time, please email susie@cindabella.com.
Can I add a picture to my Listing or Event?
Directory - Gold Directory listing gives the option of images.
Events - We prefer to load an Event with an image (1 x image per event), this gives the event credibility. School logo's are easily recognizable for highlighting your school ball.
Why should we add our School Ball to Cindabella Events?
Adding your School Ball is entirely up to you. If you would prefer for us not to, then we won't. If you are indifferent, the most we will add is your school name and date. This is your event, and it should be exactly that way, 'your event'.
But, by adding your school ball details, this offers the opportunity for your friends, family, community and other school mates to be excited and involved in the lead up to your big event. Whether interacting on our social media platforms, Facebook (www.facebook.com/CindabellaNZ) or Twitter (www.twitter.com/CindabellaNZ), or helping with ideas and inspiration making sure you 'rock it' on the night.
Advertisers will also have the chance to prepare amazing deals in your local area.

Gambling, alcohol, adult-related listings or soliciting illegal activity either implicitly or explicitly on Cindabella is prohibited.
