It is a stretch black dress with a lace bodice overlay and a layered skirt bottom.
It also had a detachable flower on a pin that you could leave on the dres, put in your hair or even on your bag/clutch.
It can be work strapless but also has loopholes for detachable straps (included).
I bought this dress for a cocktail party and got more than a few compliments on it.
I bought the dress for $150 and have worn it once, it has been cleaned and stored since.
